Born and raised in Melbourne, we’re a husband and wife team with a strong construction background
and firm local roots.
We have a great love for the building industry and noticed there was a real need for new, innovative
builders throughout Melbourne’s inner suburbs. Builders who would go out of their way to finish a
project well, ensuring their customers’ dream homes were built exactly the way they imagined, within
the budget they had.
As a result, we created Jem Homes.
Our consultative style allows us to guide our clients with expert advice, throughout every step of the
design, planning and building process. We embrace a good challenge, offer superb attention to detail
and every home we produce meets our strict quality standards.
Building a new home can be scary. We get it. We’ve been there. And even though we’ve delivered
hundreds of homes throughout our career, we never forget that mixed feeling of excitement and anxiety
